Hello to the few followers I have. I think I’m going to move all of this stuff over to my normal blog. I was trying to keep everything seperate but haveing a hard time doing so.

I need to be religious in updating this.

2011-10-27

First session with PT at gym.

Cardio

6 kmph walking with 2 x 1kg weights. Thrusting upwards alternating arms for 10 seconds before changing to thrusting forwards for 10. A minute each time with rests in between. Repeat 3 times.

Bench lunges

Standing on bench lunge backwards to floor 10 times on each leg. On to balls of feet, bend knee. Almost passed out 7 times due to crap breakfast.

Squats

Guided. Bar only. 3 sets of 10 reps. (My favourite, and I’m good at it :D)

Leg press

40kg. 3 sets of 8 reps. FEEL THE BURN!!!

Sit ups

Sit ups on half ball. 3 sets of 15 reps. Felt nice :D

Warm down

PT manipulating my body into stretches. Have still left leg. Extending lower back.

Love it. Wish I could walk because i’d be back to do that again. Such an excellent work out.

11:30: 1x 50g Piri Piri Chicken thing, 500ml vegetable soup (50 cal per 100ml)

Dinner

20:00: Chicken Breast, potato dauphinoise, green beans and cauliflower

Snacks

50g Chilli cashews

10g Dark chocolate

10:30: 190g chicken breast, salad.

Dinner

19:05: Bolognase Mince, Salad, 15g cheese.

Apple and Cinnamon Flapjack

600ml Mango and Passionfruit Innocent Smoothie
